We are seeking a Pulmonologist for a long-term, full-time outpatient engagement starting in April 2026. This is a unique opportunity to lead a solo practice supported by an APP, offering a highly desirable four-day work week with no call responsibilities.

Position Overview

- Duration: Ongoing (Long-term)
- Schedule: 4x10 Hour Days (Tuesday – Friday)
- Coverage Type: Clinic Only (No Call)
- Setting: Ambulatory practice with occasional inpatient consults.
Clinical Environment & Volume
- Patient Load: 15–20 patients per day.
- Practice Structure: Solo physician practice.
- Support: Dedicated APP specifically for Sleep Medicine patients.
- Specialty Programs: The facility features an accredited pulmonary rehab program.
Candidate Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pulmonology (Sleep Medicine experience/certification is a plus).
- Licensure: Active state medical license (as per facility location).
- Experience: Ability to work independently as a solo provider while collaborating with an APP and hospital consulting teams.
