Are you a fellowship-trained Pulmonary Critical Care physician seeking a balanced, fulfilling role in a welcoming desert city with year-round sunshine? Join an established, high-volume private practice partnered with Tenet Healthcare in Tucson, Arizona, and become part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time, employed role with a well-established private practice
- Office hours: Monday–Thursday (8AM–5PM) & Friday (8AM–12PM)
- 60% outpatient – structured schedule with strong clinic support
- 2 dedicated procedure days/week
- Hospital call: 1 week on / 1 week off – sustainable schedule with ample recovery
- Patient volume:
- Clinic: ~25 patients/day
- Hospital: ~15 patients/day
- Advanced resources available onsite:
- Bronchoscopes & Bronch Ultrasound
- Pulmonary Function Testing Machines
This role offers both clinical autonomy and the stability of a high-performing team, with the option to grow into partnership in a thriving practice.
Ideal Candidate:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology required
- Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain licensure
- Strong interest in both inpatient critical care and advanced outpatient pulmonary procedures
