Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Tentative Start Date: 01/26/2026
Tentative End Date: 09/30/2026
Availability Preferred: 3 weeks per month
Patient Volume: 14 - 18 patients/day (mix of new & follow-ups)
Logistics Covered: Mileage (As per IRS), flight, hotel, rental car, and malpractice insurance
Locations: Cooperstown, NY
Requirements:
