About the Opportunity
Lung Innovations Network, P.C. is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonologist to join our growing, patient-centered pulmonary and sleep medicine practice. This outpatient-focused role offers excellent clinical variety, strong community demand, and the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, modern setting.
Sleep medicine experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities
Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests
Manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions
Optional participation in sleep medicine services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical documentation
Qualifications
Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
Sleep medicine experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Working Hours
Outpatient-focused practice
No holiday clinic scheduling, call coverage on rotating basis
Rotating weekend call, shared with experienced APPs
Collaborative call structure designed for low burden and predictable scheduling
Skills
Proficiency in interpreting pulmonary function tests (PFTs)
Skill in managing COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, and respiratory failure
Experience with bronchoscopy (if you offer it — optional to include)
Ability to evaluate and manage complex respiratory symptoms
Competence in managing sleep-disordered breathing (sleep medicine experience preferred but not required)
Familiarity with smoking cessation strategies and preventive pulmonary care
Strong clinical decision-making and patient-education abilities
Interpretation of chest imaging (X-ray, CT)
Allergy and asthma management protocols
Non-invasive ventilation management (BiPAP/CPAP)
Ability to coordinate care with hospitalists and specialists when needed
Optional: skill in performing in-clinic procedures (thoracentesis, bronchodilator testing, etc.)
Excellent communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
Ability to work collaboratively with experienced APPs in shared care models
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
Sleep medicine interest or experience
Experience in outpatient pulmonary clinics
Willingness to participate in quality initiatives or clinical program development
Comfort with high-demand patient populations and growing practice settings
