Locum License Provided - Northern New Hampshire Pulmonologist Job

• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient or critical care)

• Licensing:

• Locum license available

• Must be fully payer-enrolled (cannot bill as a locum due to covering an APP)

• NH-licensed candidates strongly preferred due to payer enrollment delays

Candidate Requirements:

Must commit to completing licensing + credentialing efficiently

Must be comfortable driving in winter/rural conditions

Experience in Pulmonary Medicine required

Rural Health Clinic experience helpful

• January 26–30, 2026 (3–5 days)

• February 12 – April 10, 2026

• 3–5 days per week

• Hours: 8:00a–5:00p (unpaid lunch 12–1p)

• Flexibility: 3–5 days/week

• No overtime, no holidays, no call, no inpatient consults

• Monday: Lancaster

• Tuesday: Optional

• Wednesday: Alternating between Whitefield & Littleton

• Thursday: Lancaster

• Friday: Optional

• Clinics only 15 minutes apart (travel time not billable)

• Avg. 15 patients/day (predominantly elderly population)

• Visit Types:

• New consults: 1 hour

• Follow-ups: 30 minutes

Support: Assigned MA, practice RN, RN department manager

EMR: Meditech Expanse

• Radiology (Lancaster)

• PFTs

• Overnight oximetry

• 6-minute walk tests

• Labs
