Join a growing Pulmonary practice in a high-demand outpatient setting with access to advanced procedures and an active sleep program. This is a new position created to support a large and growing patient panel.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Newly added role in an established pulmonary program
  • Advanced procedures and technology including thoracentesis and EBUS ION bronchoscopy testing performed in clinic
  • Robust Sleep Medicine program with sleep studies conducted 6 nights per week, a 6-bed sleep lab, Epic EMR, and interpretation using WatchPAT
  • Very light call burden shared with another clinic — only a couple times per year with minimal overnight calls

Practice & Team:

  • Collaborative team of 8 physicians, 4 PRN physicians, and 3 APCs
  • Supportive clinical environment with a strong referral base
  • Clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Schedule & Clinic Flow:

  • Flexible scheduling options including 5×8s or 4×10s
  • Typical daily volume of 15-21 patients per day, with up to 5 consults daily
  • Visit mix includes approximately 20-minute follow-ups and 40-minute new patient consults

Clinical Scope / Patient Population:

A diverse pulmonary and sleep patient population including:

  • COPD and asthma
  • Lung cancer and abnormal imaging
  • Pulmonary hypertension
  • Pre-operative pulmonary clearance
  • Restless leg syndrome and sleep disorders
  • Cardiopulmonary testing and 6-minute walk testing

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine
  • Sleep Medicine board certification or eligibility preferred but not required
  • New graduates welcome to apply
