Locums Physician Pulmonology •Virginia
Pay: $278/hr (1099)
Highlights
- Immediate and ongoing need for Locums Physician Pulmonology •Virginia
- Facility Type Hospital based.
- Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
Coverage primarily for black lung clinic, 5-10 patients per day, varying ages. Daily shifts from Monday-Friday, 8a-6p (10hr), 1-2 weeks per month needed with the possibility of night call. Call is not required but could be appreciated due to no in-house pulm MDs. Privileges from 90-120 days, faster with clean files. Not willing to license. Travel allowed is airfare, hotel, rental car -OR- mileage. REQUIREMENTS: BC in Pulmonology; VA license or IMLC; BLS & ACLS; current flu and MMR vaccines; VA DEA; Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified – REQUIRED
• DEA, ACLS, BLS
• Active VA license or IMLC
• EMR, EPIC – REQUIRED
Credentialing
• Credentialing window: 60 DAYS
