Main Rd in Conneaut Ohio, 44303, is a federally designated Critical Access Facility, signifying its vital importance to the community in providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. In addition, the hospital has immediate access to the Centers of Excellence at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, as well as the full resources of new technology, financial investment, and the ongoing mission to bring the very best medical professionals from the Cleveland area. This community-based hospital is a 25-bed, not-for-profit, acute care facility, and has provided quality healthcare to the families and businesses of Conneaut and its surrounding communities since 1922. Since joining University Hospitals in 1997, we have invested significantly in programs, equipment and facility improvements, including a major renovation of our surgical unit.

Main St. in Geneva Ohio, 44014 is a federally designated Critical Access Facility, signifying its vital importance to the community in providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. In addition, the hospital has immediate access to the Centers of Excellence at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, as well as the full resources of new technology, financial investment, and the ongoing mission to bring the very best medical professionals from the Cleveland area. Qualifications:

· Board-certified or Board-eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine

· Active Ohio Medical License in good standing upon effective date of employment
