Opportunity:
A respected regional healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join an established, collegial team providing high-quality care to patients across the Schenectady and Amsterdam communities. This position offers a well-balanced mix of ICU, inpatient consults, and outpatient pulmonary medicine, with the option to incorporate Sleep Medicine if desired.

#### Position Highlights:
Clinical Rotation Includes:
- Medical ICU & inpatient pulmonary consult service at Ellis Hospital
- Outpatient pulmonary clinics in Schenectady and Amsterdam
- Acute rehab coverage at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital
- Optional Sleep Medicine involvement for interested candidates
Call Schedule: 1:10 (very manageable)
Team Environment: Multidisciplinary and collaborative with strong APP and nursing support
Culture: Physician-led group with a focus on clinical excellence and provider well-being

#### Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Active New York Medical License and DEA Registration
Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

#### Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $400,000 – $425,000
Incentives: Productivity bonuses, quality performance incentives, and extra shift compensation
