Job description A 70+ bed, very high-tech community hospital just 20 minutes outside Indianapolis is seeking a Director of Pulmonology to build out a new team with a long-standing patient population. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with primarily pulmonary care and light PCC responsibilities—allowing you to maintain your skills and build a practice the best way you see fit - all while living in one of the nation's top-rated communities for families.

Position Highlights:
*70+ bed hospital with a 23-bed ICU
*Light critical care load: typically 1-2 vented patients per month
*Flexible hours with strong work-life balance
*Onsite call burden is low thanks to a strong hospitalist team
*Advanced technology, including robotic bronchoscopy
*New physician has potential to also practice doing some Sleep Disorders
*The highly approachable, Hospital Leadership (with physician representation) has a bright vision for the future and has already implemented new, high-tech technology throughout!

Compensation & Benefits:
*Highly competitive salary (600K Potential for Director Candidates) + RVU Productivity
