Job description Pulmonary/Critical Care Medical Director Opening in Tulsa, OK Located in Tulsa, OK Full-time, permanent Overview: - Experienced and visionary physician leader needed to expand our current Pulmonology and Critical Care program to meet the unique needs of our Eastern Oklahoma patient base - Ideal candidate will have experience leading a multi-campus pulmonology team while driving system growth, alignment and care initiatives - Alongside the current team, the medical director will rotate to our 3 hospitals in Tulsa and Muskogee, OK - Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop system-wide protocols and standards to ensure the success of the program - Pioneer-spirit that will lead our team to future success and better outcomes for our patients through the development of a Lung Nodule Clinic - Teaching opportunities through an affiliation with OSU, TU/OU training programs - Competitive compensation package including generous paid time off, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and fellowship stipend for qualifying applicants - A 1,112-bed tertiary center and the 11th largest hospital in the United States, which includes the region's only children's hospital and level IV neonatal intensive care unit, a 168-bed heart hospital and Tulsa's leading trauma and emergency center - Not-for-profit health system About the Area: Tulsa, Oklahoma, boasts a unique blend of cultural richness, thriving economic opportunities, and a welcoming community spirit.
