We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in Pulmonary Medicine to be our clinical expertise in pulmonary and critical care with administrative responsibilities.

The CMO will be responsible for overseeing all clinical, research, and educational activities within the department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, advancing medical knowledge, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Pulmonary Medicine department.
  • Oversee clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of physicians, researchers, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Promote and facilitate research initiatives and clinical trials in pulmonary medicine.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to enhance integrated healthcare delivery.
  • Represent the department in internal and external forums.
  • Manage departmental budget and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree required
  • Board certification in Pulmonary Medicine.

5 to 7 years of clinical experience in pulmonary medicine, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, research, and medical education.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex healthcare environment.

Reporting Structure:

The Chief Medical Officer, Pulmonary Medicine, will report directly to the CEO.
