Pulmonary and Critical Care Opening in Syracuse, NY Full Time / Permanent Position Seeking a Pulm/CC doc to join a well-supported, hospital-based team in central New York. Great schedule, no in-house night calls, and a generous week off post-ICU rotation. Details: Full-time pulmonary & critical care position Closed medical-surgical ICU Outpatient office, inpatient consults, and ICU coverage required Weekly schedule: 1 week/month: ICU 1 week/month: inpatient pulmonary 1 week/month: outpatient clinic 3 4 night calls from home/month (rare callback) 1 week off post-ICU service Night in-house APP coverage available Full PFT lab, EBUS, ECG, oximetry, spirometry, chest x-ray access Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Active NY medical license & DEA or ability to obtain Compensation & Benefits: Total compensation: $350,000 $450,000 Generous sign-on bonus Premium pay and excess call pay Health, dental, vision insurance Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME allowance (time and expenses) Generous paid time off Retirement plan with employer matching Relocation assistance available Community Highlights: Located in central New York, near the Finger Lakes Affordable housing and excellent public schools Outdoor recreation, top parks, and lake access Proximity to NYC and Toronto for weekend getaways International airport less than 10 minutes away
