Start Date: As soon as credentialed! Schedule: Clinic Monday-Friday, 7:30-5:00

Scheduled for 16 patients per day
Requirements:
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active ME License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
Covid and Flu Vaccine - REQUIRED
