Pulmonologist/Respiratory Care Director Physician - Western Minnesota

Job Description

• Our independent, multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a full-time (.8-1.0 FTE) clinic based Pulmonologist to join an established pulmonology department as a sole specialist
• Sleep medicine fellowship highly recommended/preferred
• Function as the organizations Respiratory Rehabilitation director
• Provide occasional support as a hospital consultant
• Opportunity to grow the practice with outreach opportunities to our critical access hospital, Prairie Ridge Healthcare
• Practice in a 6-year-old, $30 million dollar state-of-the-art medical clinic
• Qualified candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pulmonary medicine.
• Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and respiratory therapy staff.
• Full spectrum of patient conditions including: asthma management, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, COPD, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep disorders
• Required procedures:Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, Sleep Studies, & Pulmonary Function Tests

Compensation:

• Salary is guaranteed for 2 years of employment after a new provider joins
• Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked
