Medical Director, Sleep Medicine

Here's an excellent opportunity to lead the efforts of a sleep program in the No. 1 city in California (Forbes). The University of California, Davis School of Medicine seeks a Director for Sleep Medicine to govern the enterprise operations of Sleep Medicine at UC Davis Health. The incoming director will provide overarching leadership of a sleep program with physicians across multiple departments and specialties, a sleep clinic, a six-bed outpatient lab, and a relationship with an additional external laboratory.

- Develop the sleep program and lead workforce planning efforts
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team and govern the enterprise operations of Sleep Medicine at UC Davis Health
- Improve program clinical efficiency while simultaneously augmenting the academic profile of this service line
- Membership in the health sciences compensation plan
- Participate in clinical and research programs, and teach medical students, residents, and fellows
- Develop a robust at-home sleep program in conjunction with administrative leadership
