Pulmonary/CC opening: Lafayette, IN Located 1Hr to Indianapolis About the Position

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Seeking a Board Eligible/ Board Certified Pulm/CC provider.
  • Ideal candidate will have pulmonary critical care past experience with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
What to Expect Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time Schedule: Hospital coverage one week followed by three weeks in clinic Clinic appointments 20 minutes for follow-up and 40 minutes for new patient visits Average Clinic Patients: 20-25 per day Average Hospital Consults: 22-24 per day Designated MA and RN support for each physician, phone triage nurse and 2 nurses who round during day call Call Expectations: One week of day call per month, following week day clinic and night call, following two weeks day clinic only Telehealth visits offered in both clinic and hospital with consults to rural health centers Outreach to Crawfordsville and Rensselaer 1-2 days per month, travel time
