Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join a growing team in southern Oregon. Practice 50% inpatient, 50% outpatient. Enjoy strong community support and a Monday through Friday schedule. Team includes 6 Pulmonologists, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Sleep Medicine physician and an excellent support staff. The position will offer a guaranteed base salary of $375K plus a $50K sign-on bonus. In year two, move to either a base plus performance or a strictly wRVU based model. In addition, comprehensive full benefits including health insurance, relocation and 240 hours paid time off will be provided.
