• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in Clinic with some half days in ICU
• Open ICU with 30+ Beds
• EBUS, bronchoscopy required
• Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care
• Kentucky license & DEA
• EMR is Meditech
