Job description
Locums Pulmonary and Critical Care Intensivist is needed in Colorado, for January-April 2027 coverage between 3 facilities (Level I, II, and III).
The 12-hour shift options allow for flexibility, with each physician covering one location per shift.
Local candidates highly preferred, will consider IMLC with LOQ in hand.
EMR is Epic, labs and x-ray available onsite.
The 12-hour shift options allow for flexibility, with each physician covering one location per shift.
Shifts options:
- 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (possibility of night call)
- In-house coverage: 7a-7p (includes rounding) at all three locations
- In-house overnight coverage: 7p-7a at Level I Trauma location
- Offsite pager call: 7p-7a at Level II and Level III Trauma locations
- Coverage is capped to 7 consecutive days at a time

Qualifications
Board certified in both Pulmonology & Critical Care
Colorado active license or IMLC LOQ in hand
Epic experience
ACLS BLS and DEA
Skills
ICU rounding
Bronchoscopy and BAL
Central and arterial lines
Pre-op and Post-op
Thoracentesis
Vent management (invasive and non-invasive)
Other required procedures
