Locums – Grand Island, Nebraska – Pulmonary Critical Care

Start Date / Schedule:

• December 3 – December 8 - 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• December 23 – December 29 - 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Coverage Details:

• Vacation coverage
• 24/7 coverage of hospital inpatients and call
• Provider typically onsite approximately 8 hours per day, then returns home to continue call
• Provider will round on patients each confirmed day
• Locum will be the only Pulmonary/Critical Care physician/provider onsite during the assignment

Practice Setting:

• Hospital
• Level III Trauma Center
• 1.0 FTE

Patient Volume:

• Approximately 9 ICU patients per provider per day
• Approximately 3 admissions per provider per day

Required Procedures:

• Bronchoscopy
• Central line placement
• Intubation

EMR:

• Epic

Support Staff:

• Hospital staff for inpatient coverage
• APP available in clinic as a resource
