--7pm-7am - 7on7off
--Prefer Board Certified in both but stronger preference in CC boards.
--Experience in pulmonology and critical care is mandatory
--Open ICU
--Full subspecialty support
--Average 2-4 admits per night
--Working with an NP/PA
--Prefer Tuesday-Monday to match hospitalist but flexible
--Only allowed to bring on ONE full-time physician
--Anyone admitted in to ICU the Pulm/CC is mandated to consult
