Position Overview
A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Fall River, MA is seeking a fellowship-trained Pulmonary–Critical Care Physician to join its growing Pulmonary Division. This full-time role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with excellent specialty support and a clear path to partnership.
Job Responsibilities
Manage patients in a 12-bed Medical-Surgical ICU (overnight coverage supported by eICU)
Deliver outpatient pulmonary care, including clinic visits and procedures
Perform and interpret Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs)
Conduct procedures including bronchoscopy, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy
Participate in specialized clinics such as COPD/Dyspnea, Lung Cancer Screening, and Lung Nodule programs
Collaborate closely with thoracic surgery and multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pulmonary–Critical Care fellowship
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based, physician-led practice
Working Hours
Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Daytime clinical hours with shared call rotation
Overnight ICU coverage supported by eICU services
