BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care opportunity with a hospital-employed, physician-led group in an eastern Kentucky regional hub, offering a mix of ICU and outpatient work, significant recruiting incentives, and strong lifestyle benefits.

Position Highlights

  • Two openings for BC/BE general and critical care pulmonologists with a hospital-employed, physician-led pulmonary/critical care group in a southeastern Kentucky community.

  • Collaborative team including 1 APRN, 1 PA-C, 1 MA, and dedicated support staff.

  • 25-bed ICU with strong specialty backup and advanced hospital resources.

  • Clinic hours: Monday"Friday, 8:00 a.m."5:00 p.m., with balanced inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive compensation package with a two-year income guarantee plus opportunities for productivity and quality bonuses.

  • Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives, which may include starting bonus, student loan repayment, residency/fellowship stipend, relocation/moving allowance, CME funds, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
