- Healthcare System is seeking a full-time/permanent BC/BE Intensivist to join their hospital-based group
- Training in pulmonary and critical care both required
- Competitive base salary (to be discussed with client)
- Full-time, provider-led health system; patient-centered, empathetic team culture
- Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Friday–Thursday; on-call 24 hours during service week
- Staffing model: 2 physicians rotating 7-on/7-off, 1 day-shift APP, and 3 night APPs rotating 7-on/14-off
- Team-based ICU care; opportunity to grow as a clinical leader and contribute to system initiatives
- Requirements: Fellowship-trained; board-certified/board-eligible in both Critical Care & Pulmonary Medicine
