We are seeking a full-time Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a new employed practice with strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on high-quality pulmonary and critical care while working alongside a collaborative care team in a balanced practice environment.

Quick Facts

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed
    Schedule / Hours: Combination of clinic and inpatient coverage
    Call: Primary Care call rotation (approximately 3 days per month)
    Patient Volume: Growing demand with opportunity to build practice
    Location: Enid, Oklahoma (90 miles north of Oklahoma City)
    Practice Setting: Mix of outpatient pulmonary clinic and inpatient ICU coverage
    Support / Care Team: Independent Pulmonologist, hospitalists, and full support staff
    EMR / Technology: Modern hospital EMR and ICU capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pulmonary care and inpatient critical care services
    • Manage patients within an 11-bed ICU and provide pulmonary consults
    • Perform general pulmonary and critical care procedures
    • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
    • Participate in shared call responsibilities
    • Document patient care using hospital EMR system

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
    • Active or eligible Oklahoma medical license
    • Proficiency in pulmonary and critical care procedures
    • Interest in program development and practice growth
