Pulmonary/Critical Care Opportunity – Hybrid Role with High Earning Potential

A thriving regional health system in southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join its dynamic and collegial team. This hybrid opportunity offers a mix of clinic and inpatient pulmonary care, with the flexibility to build a thriving practice from day one.

Position Overview:

• Join an established pulmonary team of 6 full-time physicians, 1 PRN, and 2 NPs
• Inpatient team includes 2 pulmonary physicians and 2 dedicated NPs
• Clinic physicians rotate inpatient coverage every 6 weeks
• Robust procedural capabilities, including robotic bronchoscopy and EBUS
• Participate in the tumor board at the affiliated cancer center
• No shortage of patients – quick ramp-up expected
• Supportive, team-oriented group with a strong referral base of nearly 100 primary care physicians

• Comprehensive outpatient specialty clinics including cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, primary care, palliative care, and more
• Affiliated with a private, not-for-profit health system

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $550,000–$650,000, depending on experience
• 3-year employment agreement with a 2-year salary guarantee
• Recruitment incentive bonus up to $20,000
• Student loan reimbursement – up to $60,000 over 3 years
• CME allowance – $3,500 annually + 5 days
• Relocation assistance – up to $10,000 with receipts
