Pulmonary/Critical Care – Northeast Alabama
Seeking a BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join its hospital-employed team. The position is available due to a recent relocation.
Position Highlights:
- 18-bed semi-open ICU
- Join 2 full-time PCCs, 2 part-time PCCs, and NPs with 24/7 coverage
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday
- Call: 10 days/month, shared among 3 physicians
- ICU patient follow-up optional (rare)
- 24/7 hospitalist support with procedures
- EMR: Paragon (system-wide standard)
- J-1 and H-1B visa candidates for 2025 & 2026 welcome
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $450,000–$500,000+ (DOE)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- wRVU-based incentives
- Malpractice coverage

- Relocation: $5,000 (single) / $10,000 (family)
