*Daily in house call, 8-hour shifts between 8am-5p.
* Response time is within 25 minutes.
*Must have active NC license and DEA. BLS/ACLS required.
*Standard pulmonary unit consult, in house call.
*Documentation of Patient Contact Hours
*Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours (patient contact hours) mentioned above. and Overtime hours submitted and associated with the acceptable occurrences mentioned above.
*Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report
*Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back
