Practice Setting

• 174-bed, community-owned, not-for-profit hospital serving the healthcare needs of Lawrence, Kansas
• Expanding healthcare services through ongoing facility additions, ensuring growth and improved patient care
• Strong Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist service lines
• Light unrestricted call (from home)
• Flexible schedule
• Opportunity for leadership
• Opportunity to practice Sleep Medicine

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary for the first 24 months with a $600,000+ earning potential
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • Additional wRVU model bonus
• APP supervision compensation generated by the APP split
