DRIVE-IN Required
Specialty: Critical Care/Pulm Physician
Start Date: Feb/March 2025
Contract Length: TBD
Shift Details: Monday-Sunday day shift, 8-10 hours on site
Work Details:
1. Support Staff: 2 inpatient APPs
2. Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week (7 days)
3. Patients per day: 8-15
4. Patient Population/Age:
5. Department Description:30 ICU beds
6. EMR: EPIC
7. Hospital Bed size: 326 beds
8. Special Procedures: CC and Pulm Procedures (chest tubes, bronchs, etc.)
9. Skills Required: management of critically ill patients and pulmonary patients
Practice Setting:
1. Hospital
Requirements:
1. Board Certification: CC and Pulm boards required. Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in BOTH
2. License Required: OH license
3. DEA: required
4. Certifications Preferred:
5. Certifications Required:
6. Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years post fellowship
Credentialing Timeframe (are temps available): ~90 days but temps can be made available if necessary
