- Fellowship, ACLS, BLS certifications required
- Type of coverage: 24 hour call coverage requested with 12 in-house hours per day
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- Support staff available: RNs &NPs
- Average Phone consults: 5, Average Patients per shift: 20
- Must have proof of the following immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test
- Facility Details: EMR: Cerner, 35 Beds, Emergency privileges available
