Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Opportunity – Outpatient and Inpatient Roles

Key Details:

  • Practice Type: Mixed outpatient and inpatient setting, with a focus on outpatient care and interest in robotic and interventional pulmonary procedures.
  • Group Composition: Join a dedicated team of 5 PCC physicians and 1 Intensivist.
  • Location: Tennessee

Facility and Schedule:

  • ICU: 16 beds across 2 units, each with 8 beds.
  • Weekly Schedule: 4 to 4.5 days per week.
  • Weekend Rotation: Up to 10 weekends annually, subject to organizational changes.
  • Patient Volume: Average 15-20 patients per day.
  • Procedures: Focus on Bronchoscopy and EBUS (Endobronchial Ultrasound).
  • APP Support: Available for all shifts.
  • Outpatient Clinic Opportunity: Ability to supplement with outpatient clinic, including specialty clinic services.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $400k-450k BOE w/ 2 years guaranteed.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000.
  • Moving Expense: Up to $11,000.
  • Student Loan Reimbursement: Eligible for up to $150,000.

  • Vacation/Sick Leave: Paid during the guaranteed salary period.
