Seeking BE/BC Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join team in west central Louisiana. Sleep highly desired. Group is supported by the full services of the hospital including the cardiopulmonary department which offers many tests including pulmonary function studies.
- 8 bed ICU and mainly hospitalists take care of CC/ICU
- Heavy Pulmonology role - 75% clinical, 25% CC
- Service area of over 100,000 population with a robust referral base
- 3 bed sleep center
- Very busy practice! Averaging 500 patients encounters / month
- Rare to have any call, but each has 15 days / month assigned. Average actual 1 day per month going in.
- 2 PA’s in pulm that assist – they take first call and are very competent.
