COALDALE, PA
Eastern PA - 1 hour NW of Allentown
- Locum Pulm/CCM Locum coverage needed July forward
- Start: July 1, 2022
- End: July 1, 2023
- Cover 2 hospitals (1 in NJ and 1 in PA): both appx 100 beds
- Week 1 & Week 3 are at St. Luke's Warren, Phillipsburg, NJ
- Week 2 & 4 is at Miners Hospital in Coaldale, PA
- Inpatient Pulmonary & Critical Care/Outpatient Pulmonary
- Monday-Sunday (7 days) 7 am- 5 pm
- One weekday night call 5 pm-8 am &
- One weekend night call from 5 pm -8 am, during this week.
- One winter holiday; On this Sat/Sun, physician would cover SL Allentown, not SL Miners.
- EMR is EPIC
- Credentialing takes 45 days
PHILLIPSBURG, NJ
Western NJ - Along PA/NJ border close to Bethlehem, PA (1hr 20 min North of Trenton, NJ)
