Looking for autonomy, predictable hours, and a meaningful outpatient practice without the demands of inpatient psychiatry?
A well-established community health organization in Southeast Kansas is seeking an experienced BC Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join its growing behavioral health program.
This is a 100% outpatient opportunity serving patients age 16+, with a stable Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to take on a meaningful clinical leadership role. You'll work alongside an established team of PMHNPs while providing psychiatric care and serving as the supervising physician for advanced practice providers.
Experienced psychiatrists only—new graduates, H-1B, and J-1 candidates are not eligible.
- $225,000+ starting salary, based on experience
- 100% outpatient psychiatry
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No inpatient responsibilities

- Clinical leadership and APRN supervision
