Job Title: Medical Director - Psychiatry Board Certified
Location: Anna IL
Hours: Standard day shift ( 4-5 days a week)
Compensation: $250/ hour on 1099
Unit - Psychiatric Adult Inpatient
Job Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
Administers all medical, psychiatric, nursing, social service, and psychological treatment provided to both forensic and civil recipients on all units of the Center.
Develops policies and procedures for all program areas in accordance with departmental policies, the mental health code, and various accreditation and certification bodies.
Directs the implementation of services.
Serves as a frontline supervisor, including union, non-union, and contractual staff.
Serves as manager of medical program operations
Represents medical services and programs
Serves as facility expert on mental health laws, regulations, and trends
Performs incident Investigation and reporting
Qualifications
Illinois Medical License and DEA
