Job description
We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a locum tenens position in Hartford, Connecticut. This is a part-time psychiatric emergency department opportunity at a pediatric hospital, with flexible scheduling available. Please see below for more information.
- Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
Job Responsibilities
• Treat a patient population ages 3 to 21, primarily ages 6 to 18
• Carry a daily patient load that rarely exceeds 10 patients
• Practice paired with a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner
• Apply established clinical experience in inpatient psychiatry or psychiatric emergency care
Qualifications
• Active Connecticut medical license or IMLC
• DEA
Working Hours
Day and weekend shifts available
Part-time coverage
No call
