Job description
Seeking licensed Psychologists Ph.D. or Psy.D to provide on-site psychotherapy services in long-term care facilities across Bellingham, North Seattle, Olympia, Tacoma/Puyallup, and Vancouver, WA. The role involves working with older adults, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams
Job Responsibilities
We're currently seeking licensed Psychologists for on-site work in: Bellingham | North Seattle | Olympia | Tacoma/Puyallup | Vancouver
This role is well-suited for clinicians who value:
Relationship-based, meaningful clinical work
Autonomy and flexible scheduling (2 or 4 days/week)
Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical and facility staff
Serving a medically complex, Medicare-funded population
Direct psychotherapy with long-term care residents
Individualized treatment planning
Occasional consultation with facility staff
Focus on helping residents maintain dignity, autonomy, and emotional well-being
Qualifications
Expertise in providing therapeutic interventions for diverse emotional and mental health concerns
Interest in geriatric care and issues related to aging or long-term care
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting
Holds a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and is a licensed Psychologist in Washington State
Must pass background check and qualify for professional insurance
Additional experience in medical or healthcare-related fields is a plus but not required
