The Opportunity
Two PRN lines on a 20-bed geriatric psychiatry unit in Northwest Philadelphia. Weekday days, paid per encounter, with an APP on the unit and a defined patient population. If you're semi-retired, building a practice around other commitments, or want geriatric psychiatry exposure without a full appointment, these lines are designed to be picked up cleanly.
What You'll Own
- Per-encounter work on a defined 20-bed unit — you know the scope before you arrive.
- Weekday days. No nights, no weekend requirement on the PRN lines.
- An APP already on the unit, so coverage doesn't start from zero.
- A stable, familiar population rather than a rotating unknown census.
Must-Haves
- MD or DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
- Pennsylvania license, or eligibility in process
Nice to Have
- Geriatric psychiatry experience
- Availability for recurring weekday blocks
- Epic familiarity
