Seeking dedicated Physiatrists to serve as Medical Directors in new state-of-the-art 36-bed rehabilitation hospitals. This role offers a blend of administrative leadership and direct patient care, with strong support from an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care to patients in the inpatient rehab setting
Supervise and collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team
Support quality initiatives and ensure compliance with standards of care
Participate in shared call coverage (no rigid shifts)
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year post-residency experience required
Eligible for medical licensure in Florida or Wisconsin (depending on location)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Working Hours
Flexible scheduling, no rigid shifts
