Geriatric Psychiatry – Greenville, North Carolina
Seeking an experienced Geriatric Psychiatrist to join an expanding academic division. This is an excellent opportunity to blend clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activities at a major academic medical center.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, employed academic position (tenure-track or fixed-term available)
- Inpatient consults only (52-bed behavioral health unit)
- Outpatient clinic at Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Center and Family Medicine Geriatric Center
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; no night call
- Teaching and clinical supervision of medical students, residents, and trainees
- New 144-bed behavioral health hospital opening in 2025, including a dedicated geriatric unit
