Work Details:
· Support Staff: RN, LCSW, Case Management, HUC
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 weeks/month. Will also look at candidates with PRN availability.
· Patients per day: 8-10
· Patient Population/Age: Adult-Geriatric
· Department Description: Inpatient. Hospital admissions, progress notes and discharges
· EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active WI license. Client willing to license.
· Minimum Experience Required: Inpatient experience preferred; 0-1 years experience.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
