- Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital: 8:30 pm -5:00 pm
- Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital M-F
- Number of patients seen per day in clinic: 10
- Support staff: RN-CNA- MS-LCSW and Psych NP
- Age of patients: Geriatric
- Inpatient only
