Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Position With San Antonio Community Health Clinic

I currently represent a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry need in San Antonio. The position would be employed by a large community healthcare system with 20+ clinics throughout San Antonio and neighboring communities.

Position:
– Base Salary of $250,000-$270,000 with production bonus giving you the opportunity to earn over $300,000 annually
– Current C&A psychiatrist is exceeding her bonus with ease, based on encounters
– All patients are referrals from Primary Care providers affiliated with organization, H&P’s have already be done
– Average patient visit is 15 minutes, they see 20-25 a day with MA and nurse support
– All acute episodes are referred out, majority of cases are bread and butter
– M-F, 8 to 5pm with no call or weekends
– Currently all patients are telemedicine, waiting for the All Clear before moving back to clinic visits, though clinics set up to continue telemedicine
– Full benefits, Paid CME, PTO, Sign on Bonus and Relocation given
– Organization has been in San Antonio since the 70’s, 22 locations and over 80 employed providers providing service through a Non-Profit Medical Home
– Visa Accepted, Spanish Speaker preferred
