Outpatient - Missouri - Child Adolescent & Adult Psychiatry - Locum Tenens

LOCATION: Missouri

Outpatient Psychiatry

-Start now and ongoing, full time or part time

-Psychiatrist who has experience treating children as well as adults; but we prefer a child & adolescent psychiatrist.

-We schedule 1 hr. psychiatric evaluations and 15 min. medication reviews.

-We have four psychiatric nurse practitioners, 3 full-time and 1 part-time (20 hours per month) that would need collaborative practice agreements.

-NextGen is our electronic medical record system.

*SCHEDULE*

-Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

-Either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days would be the schedule.

-We could also do less than 40 hours per week, but would probably need at least 20 hours per week.

-We would schedule 80% of time seeing patients and 20% administrative including nurse practitioner supervision, signing off on 20% of nurse practitioner notes and filling scripts.
