Join a Yale Affiliated Health System in Northeastern CT
See 12-14 patients/day, no more than one new patient/day, with multidisciplinary approach
Monday-Friday schedule with flex, no weekends
80% of time dedicated to face-to-face patient care
60 minute evals with intakes available prior, 30 minute follow-ups
