Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: September
- Schedule Details: 8a-5p on site and then night call until 8a
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 2 weekends/month and the following Monday/Tuesday OR full-time weekday coverage in addition to the weekends
- Certifications Needed: TBD
- Patient Population/Case Load: 6-12 PPD

- License: CA License required
