Position Overview
- Role: Psychiatrist (MD/DO)
- Type: Locum Tenens | Full-Time (7 On / 7 Off)
- Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota 🌾
- Start Date: Week of August 1, 2026 (must be available 7/31 for orientation)
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule:
- 🕖 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 📅 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
- 🌙 1–2 nights of call per 7-day block

Clinical Details
- Setting: Inpatient Psychiatry + ER & Hospital Consults
- Unit: ~24 beds (Adult + Adolescent)
- Patient Population: All ages
- Telemedicine support available (as needed)
- Work alongside APPs, social workers, and intake teams
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient psychiatric care
- Handle ER and hospital consults
- Manage adult & adolescent patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in shared call coverage
Requirements
- ✔️ Board Certified Psychiatrist
- ✔️ Comfortable treating all age groups & diagnoses
- ✔️ Experience with Epic EMR
- ✔️ Ability to work 7 on / 7 off schedule
