Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers within NC collaborative practice guidelines
• Provide consultation on complex pediatric behavioral health cases
• Participate in chart review and quality oversight initiatives
• Mentor and supervise psychiatric APPs to develop clinical skills and expertise
• Shape clinical standards and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with Chief Quality Officer and Medical Director of adult psychiatry services
Ideal Candidate:
• Board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (or working toward eligibility)
• Active North Carolina medical license and unrestricted DEA registration
• Strong interest in mentorship, clinical oversight, and collaborative leadership
• Passion for high-quality, holistic pediatric mental health care
• Desire for meaningful professional engagement in program development
Compensation:
• $7,000 – $10,500 per month (~$84,000 – $126,000 annually)
• Part-time, 1099 independent contractor structure
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate clinical or personal commitments
